PersonaScore is an AI-powered hiring platform that helps organizations screen resumes, analyze personality profiles using enneagram-based assessments, and manage hiring pipelines. Our platform uses artificial intelligence to provide insights and recommendations throughout the hiring process.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Organization administrators are responsible for managing team member access and ensuring that all users within their organization comply with these terms.
You agree to use PersonaScore only for lawful hiring purposes and in compliance with all applicable employment laws. You may not:
You retain full ownership of all data you upload to PersonaScore, including candidate resumes, assessments, and hiring notes. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.
You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services, including sending data to our AI provider for analysis.
PersonaScore uses artificial intelligence to analyze resumes and personality assessments. All AI-generated insights, scores, and recommendations are advisory in nature and should not be used as the sole basis for hiring decisions.
AI analysis is not a substitute for human judgment. You are responsible for all hiring decisions made using our platform. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content.
PersonaScore offers three paid plans billed per user per month: Pro ($79), Business ($99), and Enterprise ($139). Annual billing is available at a discount (2 months free). New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with access to all features.
Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel at any time through your billing settings.
You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time. When you pause or cancel, your data is preserved and your account remains accessible in a read-only state. You can reactivate at any time to regain full access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking such action, except in cases of serious or repeated violations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PersonaScore and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the platform.
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the platform. Your continued use of PersonaScore after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
